Introduction
Hot melt adhesive film for Two-point sharp rhinestone, irregular rhinestone, plate rhinestone
The hot melt adhesive film is suitable for DIY drawing of two sharp rhinestone, irregular rhinestone and plate rhinestone.
Applicable industry: Apparel, footwear, handbags, bags and decorations.
This film is divided into three layers:
1. PE film
2. Acrylic glue sheet
3. Low temperature hot melt adhesive film
4. Glassine release paper
Peel off the pe film, the two-point sharp rihinestone are laminated on the acrylic glue sheet, and then it can be cut it into the desired pattern, which is self-pressed by the garment making, shoe making and bag making industries, and it will be permanently bonded with the material. The hot melt adhesive film has excellent performance in all aspects of the production process, and is environmentally friendly, moderate in temperature and washing resistance.

This hot melt adhesive film is suitable for small aluminum rhinestone and metal rhinestone on garments, shoes, bags, denim fabrics.
The thickness of film used for the concave aluminum rhinestone is generally above 0.18mm (it is required to see the depth of the aluminum rhinestone recess, which can fill the cavity of the concave aluminum rhinestone ), so that it can be in full contact with the denim fabric.
Through a number of hot stamping and ironing factories , from the metal sheet glued through the drying tunnel - punching - pressing to fabric - washing (72 hours) a series of complex processes in all aspects of outstanding performance. The rhinestone is not self-adhesive after being punched, and the heat press temperature is 150 degrees, and the pressing time is 15-20 seconds. After a long time of washing, the rhinestone sheet and the denim or fabric are still not separated and remain firm.
